Pay Booking

This occupancy agreement is between Premium Suits and the Guest(s) mentioned in the application form on Premium Suits’ website. The Guest(s) hereby offers to acquire from Premium Suits the premises on the terms and subject to the conditions as set out in this agreement.

1. The Guest(s) and Premium Suits  agree that unless otherwise agreed to herein, only the guest(s) listed in the application will occupy the premises unless approved by Premium Suits  in writing. The guest(s) further agrees that the suites will used for residential purpose only.
2. At the time of the booking, the Guest(s) agrees to pay a security deposit of $300. This amount will be refunded after a period of unto 15  days from the date of the vacation of the premises. Any damage to the doors, flooring, appliances, linen, drapes, blinds, furniture and fixture, plumbing, carpet, windows, kitchen utensils etc. beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from this security deposit. In case, the amount is greater than the security deposit, the guest(s) agrees to pay all such charges within 30 days of the vacation of the premises. All long distance phone calls and excessive internet download of beyond the maximum allowed weekly downloading limit of 6 GB (or 25 GB per month) will also be charged. In case of any item is damaged beyond repair, a replacement cost will be charged. In addition to the actual charges, a service fee of 30% will also be charged by Premium Suits  for the charges listed above. In case of loss of revenue due to excessive damage, the guest(s) also agrees to pay for this loss of revenue. Check in and Check out lists are available at the time of Check in and Check out respectively. The guest(s) and/or the card holder authorizes Premium Suits  to charge the security deposit, accommodation charges, cancellation fee and all other charges related to damages mentioned in this agreement on the credit card provided to Premium Suits .
3. Smoking is prohibited at Premium Suits . The guest(s) will ensure that the suites remain free of smoke contamination. In case of smoke contamination, a penalty of $150 will be charged. Charges for extra ordinary cleaning due to misuse of the facilities may also apply.
4. The guest(s) agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of the condominium. The guest(s) also agrees that the facilities provided by the condominium are not misused and any damage caused to any facility will also be charged. The guest(s) also agrees to return all keys and fobs to Premium Suits  at the time of Check out.
5. The guest(s) agrees to let any officer or staff of  Premium Suits  at reasonable times to enter the premises for inspection.
6. Cancellation Before Check in If canceled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. After Check in A 14 days notice required if the tenant/guest would like to modify or cancel the reservation after arrival, Different rental rates may be applied and deposit may be forfeited.
7. The guest(s) agrees that Premium Suits  or any of its staff will not be responsible for any theft, loss due to fire, injury, death or any damage to the personal property of the guest(s), including friends, agents and or servants within the premises of  Premium Suits . It is the responsibility of the guest(s) to ensure that they have adequate and relevant insurance coverage is obtained before occupancy.Cancellation Before Check in If canceled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. 8. The guests will also insure that their vehicles are comprehensively insured.
9. Premium Suits  reserves the right to increase the rates without any notice. Royal Stays reserves the right to cancel, change any booking, deny any extensions or relocate guests to any other apartment at its own discretion. The facilities listed on the website are general in nature and vary from buildings to buildings.
10. The Guest(s) agrees that no objectionable activity takes place at the premises provided by Premium Suits  The guest(s) will also ensure that other residents in the building are not disturbed by any of their acts.

BY AGREEING TO THIS OCCUPANCY AGREEMENT THE USER/GUEST AGREES TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND AGREES THAT THESE TERMS CONSTITUTE A BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN THE USER/GUEST AND Premium Suits Canada INC
